Landscapers / Gardeners WANTED

Programmed employs more than 20,000 people each day across a range of disciplines providing services to over 10,000 customers, and is one of the largest providers of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand.

Our client is currently seeking experienced gardeners and labourers for exciting, hands-on opportunities across Adelaide’s northern and southern suburbs. This is a Monday to Friday day shift role (7am–3pm) with an immediate start at an hourly rate of $31.19 (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping and edging
• Weeding, mulching, hedge trimming and pruning
• Planting, watering and basic horticultural tasks
• Use and maintenance of hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, safe and presentable outdoor spaces
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

About you:

• Driver’s Licence – Essential
• White Card – Essential
• Experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance – desirable
• Competent operating lawn and garden equipment
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work across multiple sites
